I have this mounted on my AR-15 and sighted it in at a 300 meter target at 25 meters and this thing is dead-on. As long as that dot is on target, that is where the round goes. You do need a screwdriver to adjust windage and elevation, but the dot DOES move (unlike the review of another) and is adjusted by the common "clicks" on both windage and elevation. If you find the right rail riser and the right rear sight, this can be easily co-witnessed. Can't beat it for a little over $20.

I felt kind of cautious about buying this at first due to the low price, but I was definitely wrong about being so nervous. I mounted this red dot scope on my .22 rifle and I was glad that I did. It is easy to adjust with a screwdriver which shouldn't be a problem for anyone, since screwdrivers aren't hard to find. The dot is very visible in bright daylight and dead accurate. This is definitely the best $20 replacement for iron sights.

I installed this scope on my Ruger 10/22 rifle. It is easy to zero, with nice clicky adjustments. No magnification, of course, but it is a major improvement over iron sights for shooting at 50 ft or less unless you can simultaneously focus on three different things at different distances (which I can't). Image is clear, price is excellent. My only complaint is that the dot appears vertically elongated unless I have the brightness turned way down - probably my eyes.
